Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services and products by Natal Settings to you. By booking a consultation, joining a waitlist, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before proceeding.
1. Who these Terms are with
Natal Settings is a sole practice operated by Margo Shevnin, established in Cyprus (“I”, “me”, “my”). You may contact me at hello@natalsettings.com.
2. Services
- Readings and consultations are prepared from your birth data and delivered to you as a print-ready PDF report, an accompanying voice message, and exercises. Delivery times are: Your Needs in a Relationship, 7–10 days; the Compatibility, Family Dynamics and Co-Founder consultations, 14 days. The applicable time is the one stated for your consultation at the time of booking, and runs from receipt of payment and of the details required to begin.
- Integration Sessions are live conversations of approximately 50 minutes, bookable following delivery of your reading, and held no earlier than three weeks after your report is delivered.
- Digital products are downloadable materials made available for immediate access following purchase.
- Waitlists (for example the Partnership Book) register your interest only and do not constitute a booking, an order, or a commitment to purchase.
The scope, format and delivery time of each service are those stated at the time of booking.
3. My commitments
In providing the services, I will:
- provide each service with reasonable skill and care;
- deliver within the timeframe stated for your consultation — 7–10 days for Your Needs in a Relationship, and 14 days for the Compatibility, Family Dynamics and Co-Founder consultations — measured from receipt of payment and of the details required to begin;
- keep the birth details and personal information you share confidential, and handle them as set out in the Privacy Policy;
- where I need to change a stated delivery time or a scheduled session (for example through illness or another unforeseen event), notify you promptly and agree a new time with you; and
- where I am ultimately unable to provide a service, refund the amount paid for it.
4. Booking and provision of information
- Work typically begins with an initial conversation, after which you provide the birth data and any information required for the service.
- Preparation of a reading begins once payment has been received and the necessary details have been provided, unless otherwise agreed.
- The accuracy of a reading depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. I am not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete details supplied by you.
5. Fees and payment
- Fees are those displayed for the relevant service, or as otherwise agreed in writing before work begins.
- Payment is made by Revolut or bank transfer, in euros or in another currency supported by Revolut.
- Payment is due before preparation of a reading begins and before an Integration Session is held, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- Consultations and readings. Each reading is prepared specifically for you and is, as personalised work, exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. As a goodwill measure, a booking cancelled within 24 hours of the booking being made is refunded in full. After that 24-hour period the fee is non-refundable.
- Digital products. Digital products are non-refundable. Because they are supplied as digital content with immediate access, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
- Integration Sessions. Either of us may reschedule a session by giving at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time. Where you give less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is treated as taken, save in cases of force majeure (including illness or emergency), in which case I will reschedule in good faith. Equally, should I need to reschedule — including at short notice, through illness or another unforeseen event — I will notify you as soon as I can and offer you a new time at the earliest opportunity, at no additional cost to you.
7. Your responsibilities
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You will provide accurate and complete information where it is required for a service.
- Where you provide the personal or birth data of another person (a partner, family member, colleague, or child), you confirm that you have that person’s informed agreement to do so, and, in the case of a child, the consent of a parent or guardian.
8. Nature of the services
- The services provide personal insight, reflection and coaching. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, and are not a substitute for professional care, diagnosis, treatment or therapy.
- No particular result or outcome is promised or guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
- If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health crisis, you should seek help from a qualified professional or emergency service.
9. Intellectual property
The reports, written materials, recordings and other materials provided to you are for your personal, non-commercial use. Copyright and all other rights in them remain with Natal Settings. They may not be resold, published, or distributed without my prior written permission.
10. Confidentiality and personal data
Information you share is treated as confidential and is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
With your prior agreement, I may record our conversation or voice messages, and I take written notes, in order to prepare your reading. Recording is optional — you may decline, and I will work from notes instead. Recordings are used only to prepare your reading, are kept confidential, and are deleted once it is complete. Where I use software tools, including AI tools, to help develop my analysis, I use only de-identified notes that do not identify you; recordings and full transcripts are not uploaded to such tools.
11. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, nor for any decision taken or action performed by you on the basis of a service.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
- Subject to the above, my total liability arising out of or in connection with a service is limited to the amount paid by you for that service.
12. Force majeure
I am not liable for any delay in, or failure of, performance caused by events beyond my reasonable control. Where such an event occurs, I will reschedule the affected service or, where that is not possible, provide a refund in respect of it.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any dispute arising under them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces any mandatory rights or protections you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence; where that law gives you rights that cannot be excluded by agreement, those rights prevail. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
14. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking or purchase is the version that applies to it. Any changes are published on this page, and the date above is updated.
