Margo Shevnin is a coach who reads charts, not a reader who coaches. She trained first in executive coaching, the goal-setting kind, then in 2020 found Human Design — a completely different way to decide, not with the mind at all but with the body's own yes and no.
So she tested it on the biggest choice she could find: she left her job in London, gave up her flat, and moved back to Latvia with no plan. It wasn't comfortable, but it's where she met her husband and found work that fit her life.
It also sent her back to coaching with new eyes. The chart, she found, is the one map that comes from neither her opinion of a client nor the story they were handed about themselves — it shows how a person is actually built, underneath the conditioning.
Today she works only with relationships, in every configuration. The reading shows how each person is wired, and the coaching is where that turns into change.
She holds no agenda for anyone's relationship. Her work is to help people see each other clearly — without the picture in their head standing in for the person in front of them — and decide from there.
Margo's backbone is a certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from the University of the West of England, studied in liaison with HumanTechnics.
She also holds an MA in Social Entrepreneurship and Management from Roskilde University, Denmark, and a BA in International Sales and Marketing from the Zealand Academy of Technologies and Business in Roskilde. Before this work, she spent years inside large international organisations.
She studies Human Design directly from Ra Uru Hu's original material and is a Gene Keys guide in training. Her astrology is self-taught, built on a specialist library — Steven Forrest, Jeff Green, Ray Idemon, Ronald Davison and Dane Rudhyar among them.
